Basic
How can I download POPMusic?
Navigate to the header bar, select the button that compatible with your device, and click to download. POPMusic are available on iOS, Android, all mobile devices are supported.
Can POPMusic play in background?
Bases on the device you are using. You can listen to music in the background on iOS devices. Yet, due to the restriction of API we are using for the app, Android devices do NOT allow you to play music when the screen-off.
How can I set time to turn off the audio player?
To set duration for automatically stop the music, follow these steps: Step 1: Click to the “Setting” icon on the top right of Audio Player screen. Step 2: Tap “Set Timer” icon Step 3: Select your desired duration

Troubleshooting
Problems with playing audio
If you’re listening to online music, please check the network connection, and go to “Local” and try playing music offline. If the audio player didn’t work, follow these suggestions: Turn off the app, Reset your phone, Update POPMusic newest version, Clear app cache,... then open the app. For any technical issue, please contact us at the contact form.
Cannot find the uploaded audio files
Audio files from your device will be displayed on “Local” tab. Make sure you enable the storage permission to show all the offline music. Or, check if you delete the Audio folder on your device.
Cannot download songs
POPMusic is a music player app, the online music downloader does not support on the app because of some policy of the API sources.
