These terms and conditions of use for the software application POPMusic ("Application"), available on the iOS App Store/ Android Google Play, constitute a legal agreement and are entered into by and between you and A-Studio. ("we," "us," "our"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents and/or additional terms they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms and Conditions"), govern your access to and use of, the Website and the Application (collectively, "Services"), including any content and functionality offered on, or through, the Services.
BY USING THE SERVICES, OR BY CLICKING TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, FOUND AT: Privacy & Policy - iOS and Privacy & Policy - Android, INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the legal age of majority under applicable law to form a binding contract with us, and that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.
YOUR DOWNLOADING, INSTALLATION, AND USE OF THIS MOBILE APPLICATION SOFTWARE ARE BASED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
We have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement regarding the updates of the Software. You can check the modified version of this Agreement from our official Google Play Store/Apple Store page.
App Access
When you use POPMusic, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information and system for commercial or personal use. Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this app without our prior written permission. The licence to access and use the information on our app does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction.

Restriction of Use of the Youtube Content
We do not give or licence to you any rights regarding the Youtube Content. You undertake to access and use the Youtube Content according to Youtube Terms of services accessible here : https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en. Notably, You shall only use and access the Youtube Content for your personal and non-commercial use.
We shall not be deemed liable for Your use of the Youtube Content, and You shall bear all liabilities regarding such use.

With Youtube Content, You are not allowed to: Scrape, build databases, or otherwise create permanent copies of such content, or keep cached copies longer than permitted by the cache header; Copy, translate, modify, create a derivative work of, sell, lease, lend, convey, distribute, publicly display, or sublicense to any third party; Misrepresent the source or ownership; or Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices; or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices, or other labels of the origin or source of material.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

We develop the Mobile Application Software independently. You acknowledge and agree that we retain all copyrights, trademarks, patents, and business secrets, including all intellectual property rights and any other related rights, titles, and interests with regard to this Software.
2. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge and agree that mobile application Software and related services may have potential risks. In no event shall we be liable for any risks.
3. TERMINATIONS

You have the right to fully and permanently remove the Software from your mobile device at any time and terminate this Agreement.
4. INFORMATION COLLECTED

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Android advertising ID. The information that I request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

5. LINKS TO OTHER SITE
